When I first moved from the US to Japan, I was 40 pounds (20kgs) overweight. I learned how to balance my body thanks to the amazing wealth of Eastern health knowledge in Japan, and ever since I have been eager to spread my knowledge! Now, I teach people about how to integrate your health goals with your chosen lifestyle.
